        We worked with Matt Paradis and Team with Guaranteed Rate to finance out new home with a VA loan. The whole process was super simple. I went in to this thinking the financing would be the biggest headache, but I was wrong. Being able to upload things, and not have to print out documents was wonderful. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate and financial markets. If your looking for headache free financing (if they can help it), I would recommend you contact Matt Paradis with Guaranteed Rate.
