Horrible management, they tried to rent me a unit that had no ac or hot water and wasn't ready for move in,not to mention the maintenance guy doesn't repair anything. Horrible place ,I rather stay in my car and the fat manager looks stink

Probably one of the poorest places to live in Galesburg. Management is extremely untrustworthy and unpredictable. I went without heat for about three weeks one winter because management didn’t see that as an urgent fix. The place constantly floods due to the extremely clogged storm drains. If an appliance goes out, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. I was told after I moved in that they no longer fix dishwashers, yet there was no rent adjustment for this decision. Be careful here as you never know what will be fixed and how long it will take! The security deposit took over two months to be returned after dealing with a long string of expected excuses. I am not the exception here—most tenants I know have experienced the same or worse (most don’t get their deposit back in full). Also, there are animals in the walls that are slowly tearing up the place from the inside out. My best advice to you is to heed this review and steer clear of Bridlecreek.
