Hollow Tree Apartments

Gate dose not work most of the time. Kitchen has little to no counter space. Love James (maintenance man). Office people have really bad customer service with bad attitudes.

I've lived here for over 20 years and I would have given it 4 stars originally, but they can't hang on to managers because they keep hiring incompetent people. This place is going downhill more and more every day.

Why the property manager brought a cricket in my apartment. Who brings paper work to an apartment to inspect for insects. She is trying to cover her tracks for the exterminator i know the difference between a cockroach and a cricket. I complained of having roaches in my kitchen. But anywhoo welcome to HOLLOWTREE right Where moving into an apartment from a nursing home must mean you brought the bugs in.. Hasnt been a full month. My sink stopped up and i was told grease was the cause as if it was my fault.When in fact the cause was the garbage disposal not being utilized for a long period of time. A garbage disposal should be installed when there is a double sink. But what do i know. Wow Property Managers will try to take advantage of people with disabilities. Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing.

I love living at Hollowtree Apts, Good Property Manager and they are quick if you need repairs..
