Came into the clinic for two separate issues, the assistant that came in took down my symptoms. I was seen By PA Ashley Knight, shortly after, who was helpful with my one issue I was having, but disregarded the second problem I came in for and said I never brought it up. Yet the assistant took down all my symptoms and issues on the laptop prior to her seeing me. I was never told they only treat one problem you are having per visit. Ive been here plenty of times in the past and had two separate health issues that were concerning to me checked out in the same visit. The main reason I came into the doctors office was not checked out today. She said I never said anything about the other issue while she was diagnosing the first problem. I was under the assumption that she was diagnosing the one problem and then we will move onto the next. So why did the assistant come into the room jotting down my reasons for being there. Why does the doctor get to decide which one is more important to check out or more importantly do they even read the concerns the assistant took from the patient because the pA had no idea I had a second reason for being there.

Having a internist in the family who also works at clinics in California I will say that the staff and employees all do an excellent job and go above and beyond to help. I have been helped by more than one physician and most recently by Dr. Kass who did an excellent job.

Whenever I am feeling under the weather, Park Primary Care takes great care of me. It doesn't matter which doctor or nurse I see, they all treat you like family. They ask their questions, listen to my responses and figure out the right course of treatment to get me feeling like my best self. Thank you!

I love these Doctors and have had nothing but positive experience so far. Started out seeing Dr. Joseph and then Dr. Thomas. But all the primary care doctors there do a great job!
