My dr David. Beckmann is wonderful however the staff the billing not so much! Who refuses a long term patient because a bal? A bal I should not even be paying due to billing incorrectly coding and i now Im responsible for the something my insurance has been paying for previously no problem! Ive only ever had to pay a copayment with my BCBS for years so anytime someone mentions a bal its usually an error on billing! I have been making payments on this balance but because I dont have full amount Im not able to be seen by my dr regarding my Bp I have been in and out emergency room and urgent care for! I have this woman Pamela Giving me the run around about this balance when just last week I spoke to Joanna who confirmed I set up an arrangement for this Friday but now Joanne has amnesia regarding the conversation I notated. She transferred me immediately before I could even finish explaining our conversation to her supervisor Colleen who is stating it was for the next Friday And it didnt go through. Well Colleen it was for Friday after next(this Friday), if u reached out to me like u said .why didnt u leave a vm? Because I absolutely never got a call! Just like I didnt get a bill for my child who they claim has a balance. My child hasnt been there for probably a year and Ive been seen why is this the first Im hearing about a balance for his account? He doesnt even get seen here anymore. Just last week an appointment was scheduled with confirmation of me paying bal next Friday!
