        Dont be discouraged by the negative reviews. I went in as an international student and they were super helpful and nice. Although I was there very close to the closing time, Ramina helped me open a new account and took her time to explain everything in detail without rushing.

        Staff is very ignorant to questions raised by international students, and extremely impatient and rude to clients. Such a shame that this is the Northwestern campus bank. Citi bank and Chase bank which are conveniently located in downtown Evanston have much more professional and friendly bankers.
