I had a good experience with Jake. I appreciate that he's by appointment so I know my car will be looked at the day I drop it off. Jake worked efficiently and charged very fairly.

I called Jake this morning after seeing good reviews and how geographically close he is to me (I'm new to the area). I had what I thought was just a slow leak in a tire, so I told him it was no rush. He said he was busy, but didn't want me to be driving on a potentially bad tire, so he said to come in at 1:00 and he'd squeeze me in. I got there right at 1:00, he took my car right away, and less than 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a permanent patch in my tire (which would have definitely been completely flat by tomorrow had Jake not made time for me today). He is a super nice, genuine man who seems to really care about making sure everyone gets his best work in a timely manner. I would trust him with any other work my car may need.

I got a nail in my tire dropping my daughter off at college for the first time. I got stood up at another appointment to repair my tire as I was leaving town...so I called Jake, and he said bring it by. He took a look, removed the nail, and patched the tire...all in short order. He also helped make sure that a customer was getting the right service and right tire, while connecting with them. Highly recommend! Service: Tires
