I shipped two packages today from this FedEx location. The level of customer service, professionalism and kindness shown by Felix who was working this afternoon, made me feel like I had been transported back to an earlier time when businesses prioritized making customers feel appreciated. With a surprise international trip coming up, I realized that I needed to update my passport and saw that Fed Ex offered an expedited service to get it renewed. I called ahead to see if this location offered the service and the guy on the phone, Mike, assured me that they did and explained the process to me. I came in and used their public computers which had very easy to follow instructions. As is expected, I had a problem submitting the application through no fault of my own. I went to the desk and Mike went above and beyond assisting me all the while helping several other customers. In the end, I got the necessary paperwork sent off and, while it was not the proverbial "piece of cake," they did make the process go as easy as possible, and that was awesome.
The best part of all was their Rush My Passport service got me my new passport in my mailbox about a week and a half before the estimated arrival date.
