Just OK. If you want somewhere decent to eat with your family this is not the establishment. The food is nothing but inconsistent. Somedays the food comes out perfect other days it comes to you completely wrong, burned to a crisp, missing components, completely smashed to the front of the box like it fell from the delivery drivers seat, or your delivery will just never come at all. So don't just trust that this restaurant will get it right. CHECK EVERYTHING. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza a few weeks back and the chef took creative liberties and spontaneously added orange bell pepper, which is definitely something i don't appreciate being added to my pizza. It kind of seems like every person who cooks there, to be perfectly honest, seems to do their own thing, and take a liberal creative stance when it comes to following a recipe... Dont get me started on delivery they have now 3x already had an ordering system error that said delivery was closed until the following day at some random time between 10am and 4pm. The first time I did not know better and after about an hour-and-a-half I called, and they owned up to their error and delivered the pizza in 25 minutes flat and kevin took $10 off my bill, the second and third time I called immediately and explained the error. The second time , they immediately remedied it, no problem, no discount but there was no hassel either so I was happy. Now the third time, I also called and spoke to an employee and stated the problem and that i had ordered. He said "no problem ill make sure it goes through". Again, i waited an hour and a half. When I called this time however, they made it seem like my fault. So apparently its my fault that their employees dropped the ball. Im glad i sat at home waiting just to be insulted and told it wasnt their fault anyway and they fixed the system. When I asked, if for my trouble I could get a discount the female manager, Jenisa, said well i can give you $10 off. $10 off after making me wait an hour and a half... after a system error on your end? WHICH I CALLED AND SPOKE TO AN EMPLOYEE ABOUT??? HE SAID YES I SEE THE THE ERROR MESSAGE AND MY ORDER . HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. But I stated, "unfortunately, this being the third time and there was literally nothing more i could do besides driving there and making my pizza myself at 6:48pm when i placed my order, and i thought a call would have sufficed." But the manager stated that it was not her problem and I could accept a $10 discount on the order. To which i polietely told her to cancel the order, and that we would no longer eat here. My family and I used to eat here a couple times a week, but unfortunately if the inconsistent food doesn't make you want to turn tail and flee immediately, the employees will make sure they hold the door for you. I CAN SAY THIS KIND OF HASSLE IS NOT WORTH PAYING THESE PRICES.
