        Friendly staff horrible quality food. Parmesan was no good and spoiled due to improper storage or expired of parmesan should be yellow or white in color not brown.. Sauce tasted horrible and was either old or Improperly prepared. Tip for Elk Grove village. We have extremely hard water out here that is unfit for human consumption so if that's how you prepared your sauce that's a huge contributing factor. There was also little to no cheese and the pizza dough tasted really sweet but was otherwise bland and tasted more like bread because they didn't let the dough ferment. Bread sticks were dry and old and sauce that came with it tasted either out of date or improperly stored. All in all owner is forcing cut corners to reduce cost and the food quality is suffering considering this place hasn't been open very long. Horrible way to build clientele. Do your research on EGV businesses and you'll find that if you don't stop this behavior immediately your business won't last or be allowed in EGV.
