I was lucky enough to find Julie Mayfield during my search for my very first home purchase. Julie has boundless energy and works to the wee hours of the night to get you into the house of your dreams. She showed me several and explained the pluses and minuses of each. She was never pushy and gave me time to make up my own mind. When I finally found the home I wanted, she shifted into HIGH gear to make it happen. We had no time to waste. The house had been on the market less than 24 hours and already had 10+ bids on it. It was at the height of the low interest rates and it was extremely hard to even get the house you wanted once you found it. She knew exactly how to make it happen. She sat down with me and said.. we've got to get a bid in asap and we need to have an escalation clause in place to secure the deal. She explained why we needed to do a Conventional Loan instead of FHA Loan and she told me to just pick a random escalation amount slightly over the asking price. I trusted her and came up with an amount. She put in the bid and within 24-48 hours she called to let me know the owner's accepted my offer. I was ecstatic! After that, she was working after midnight getting the paperwork ready. During the entire process, she explained step by step what I needed to do next. She was always available when I had questions or needed help with something. During the month before closing, she had an entire team of people ready and available to assist me with inspections, home owners, etc. I really can't say enough good, positive things about the entire process. Julie made it so easy and was extremely energetic and fun to work with. Even two years later, if I contact her with a question - I am always amazed at how fast she responds even when she knows I am not currently looking into buying a house. I highly recommend her as your choice for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. She does an amazing job and has a team of contacts to assist along the way through the entire process. If she does not know the answer or it's not her area of expertise, she knows who to put you in touch with and does so effortlessly. Thank you Julie for making my dream come true! Julie has sold three properties for me in the last 2 years and I can't imagine using anyone else. She knows the market well and knows what looks good and what doesn't. Her listing suggestions has always profited me more than what I was originally expecting. She is very professional yet very personable which has made me as a seller very comfortable. I will have another property ready to list in about 3 to 4 weeks and she will definitely be my listing agent again.
