        Great place for college students to live. I say this as they are not very up to date. The landlord is super understanding and helpful. There was an issue with our water supply and it had to be cut off. He supplied all the residents with hotel rooms while the water was out. I have had maintenance come a few times and they are always quick and understanding. Ive had no issues here. The residents are quiet and keep to themselves for the most part. My only complaint is that the apartment is almost all carpet which I dont like. Overall great place to live for college students or families.
