        Went in today. Very happy overall. Do wish they'd remember to wipe beneath. I usually remind them. Today, I forgot and already have a small oil spot on my driveway. No big deal; maybe just remind them. They even gave me an additional coupon without me asking! Thank you Valvoline!

        Sat in the parking lot behind the bay for almost 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come out and guide me in and instead the worker was just standing there conversating with another customer and just ignored me so I left.

        These guys took good care of Us. They got Us in right away for an oil change. While inspecting the Truck they noticed i needed a tire rotation, they were able to take care of that at the same time. They also gave Me a list of scheduled services that were coming up soon and incl pricing. They were both friendly professional.
