Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fairview Heights, IL

The new team that took it over is great. Its been a while since I have observed this type of service and hospitality. I stayed with them for a week, and overheard staff dealing with patrons on a few different occasions. Their goal was to make clients as comfortable as they can even it was not expected. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

Dont eat the breakfast! Very dirty! The manager was very rude and was not going to return the $100 deposit required for the stay. Rooms: Very dirty!!! Food & drinks: Old, stale, cold. Good luck getting coffee

The absolute worse hotel! There is NO WAY this room was cleaned prior to check in (hair in sink, stains everywhere, water in tub, dusty and smelly). Didnt sleep well at all. Shut it down and renovate!

No room service AT ALL in 3days Very bad service, When checked in I had to wait 20min at desk. Spoke to two different employees and still never got room clean. Towels were very small and hard. Had stains on sheets. Rooms: Bathroom shower was nasty. Overall horrible stay.

Rooms were nice, check in was simple and easy, check out was also easy done over text.
