When it comes to buying our first new construction home together life can seem hectic, but with patience and keeping up with the flow of the home build via buildertrend it eases the stress level. If something doesn't seem right, contact them with patience. There is a new team in place who truly care to make things right. We've been in our home for close to 2 years now. The building process went smoothly and were very happy still to this day. We took a spec home and got to put our own touch on it from the stage it was in when we found it. I would highly recommend that you get in touch with someone and check them out, they truly do care about doing it right and making things right.

I really wanted to leave a positive review for C.A. Jones. Unfortunately, I have contacted them multiple times about finishing our addendum C items (via text, phone, and builder trend), and I keep getting the same response. They will have someone contact me to schedule the items, and it does not get done. It has been over 30 days, which is the time frame they have to complete the addendum items. I was promised they would be done, and they were not. I have a pocket door that is too small for the frame of the door. It does not close or lock. We have three other doors that were supposed to be fixed, but I was told the manufacturer said it wouldnt make a difference if they put in new doors. They can provide custom doors if the frame is cut incorrectly. We have a sidesplash in the bathroom that really just needs to be installed. I was told that they have it in the office. We have two home warranty items that need to be addressed. One is a possible leak. They did fix a few items that were on the addendum the day of the final walkthrough, and repaired our garage door that did not function for a few weeks after we moved in. I appreciate those repairs. I really just need my brand new, expensive house to be fixed according to what was promised on our contract. We were threatened with litigation when we tried to terminate our purchase contract with C.A. Jones through our realtor. C.A. Jones also needs to uphold their contract of addendum items and 1 year home warranty. I will be happy to remove this post when our items are completed correctly.
