        I worked at subway back when I was a teenager and back then the "meatballs" were actually soyball little to no meat. The chicken always made me think of  plywood, it use to be a tree then a board  then wood chips clued back together then call plywood. It "implies" it's still wood. Big corporation took a Delhi and made it fast-food. Sure its a "healthier" low fat food but there's also no real nutritional value either

        By far the best Subway in the Tri-State area. The owners are incredibly nice folks. I have driven past other Subways just to eat at this one.
