Our first time shopping here for furniture. We came in looking for a particular sleeper sofa. Jennifer and the entire Stainhafel team were terrific! They price matched 110% for a competitor with the same item and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We ended purchasing a TV counsel on sale a well. (All deliveries are a flat fee no matter how much furniture you purchase). Their selection is outstanding and the have styles to fit everyone's tastes. The Downers Grove location is huge! It's a flagship store and they have nearly everything available online on display there. We will definitely be back for future furniture needs. Great experience all around! Ask for Jennifer, she was such a great help and very patient with us both during and after the sale. Five stars!
