        I was at the bank waiting to be called from a teller suddenly a guy in his 30s and asks how to activate his debit card. The lady that he asked made fun of him and told him that he needs to activate it on the ATM machine. She was trying to be funny with him but as soon as he left she said to everyone how it took him 30 years to learn how to activate a card which was not nice at all, and she’s employed there to Help people. The worst thing is that they did not understand or didn’t wanted to understand that the guy was foreigner and he was super nice to the lady. This branch has a poor costumer service.

        The counter tellers seem to have an issue with being helpful. When depositing over 20g they can’t even be bothered to fill in any of the date or any information On the slip. It’s just not their job....but using this bank pays for their job so maybe they could help out a bit more. Same teller each time.
