        What a wonderful surprise to have a FREE loaner... FREE! We only have one car. I took it up to Midas to see if they could look at it. It was 5:00 by this time, but I needed to know why it wasn't running well, and dying while driving. The mechanics had left for the day, but the Midas in Downers Grove at 1660 W. 75th St. had A FREE LOANER CAR!!!! In fact they have 3 loaner cars. They fixed my car and I picked it up after work the next day!!! Can't praise this pilot program enough!!! Thank You!

        This location is a joke!!! I brought my car in for an alignment. 2 weeks later. I hear a noise while turning. The assistant manager Tom tells me I need struts, sway links, 3 engine mounts, and brakes. The car should have never been aligned in the first place. A car should not be aligned with bad suspension parts. Period!!!! I brought my car to a different location to have the car looked at. I didn't even need the engine mounts and sway links. They wanted me to spend money on parts I didn't even need. Not cool!!!! I recommend you go elsewhere to have service done on your car. Do yourself a favorite, and don't waste your time and money. I see they only address there 5 stars rating and nothing else. Sad! Poor customer service. I'd be surprised if they responded to mind and I'll probably hear I'm sorry. Blah blah blah........
