Autobody Unlimited is the only place we will take our cars. Daniel is exceptional when it comes to perfection and quality work. His business was recommended by the Acura dealer when I needed work on my RDX, and his quote, timeline, and communication was spot on. Over the past several years Daniel has worked not only on our Acura more than once, but also on our Subaru WRX, Kia Optima, and most recently our BMW. The repairs and color matching have been excellent on all the cars! (And trust me, we are VERY particular and look for imperfections!) Daniel always took the time to inspect each car and discuss what needed to be done before quoting, and then took the time to go over the car and make sure we were satisfied when we picked up. We live several towns away from Autobody Unlimited, and pass by many other businesses that are closer to our home, but when you find a top notch shop where the owner cares about their customer's satisfaction it is worth the drive.

Replaced my rack and pinion and intermediate shaft for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Would recommend for any type of mechanical work big or small

I had a bad experience with Autobody Unlimited especially with the owner Daniel. It took me more than 8 months to get a side mirror, door handle and some scratches on the car fix. Daniel charged insurance company for a new side mirror but fix the old mirror and did not even mention me. I noticed after few days and confronted him. I usually don't write reviews but after what i gone through I felt obligated. Just be careful dealing with the Owner (Daniel). He is not trustworthy and a very disrespectful person. Once he got my car in the shop, he treated me like he is doing me a favor. JUST BE CAREFUL DEATILING WITH DANIEL

This shop used to do good quality work so I decided to return. This time around my experience has been rather mediocre. After scheduling an estimate, Daniel took pictures and promised to email the estimate to me and the Insurance company. Over a week later, nothing has happened, not a phone call, not an email. I followed up with a call, still no response. A zero in customer service would be more appropriate. Definitely not recommended!
