Employee name of Ahmed, Disrespect to me because of my appearance look like any Asian From India, this place be careful they thread to call Police over $2.71 because over Fountain drink that I pay with my Credit card all was my daughter fill the drink and Taste like water and what I did was refill they calling police over a $2 please dont give them business

Awful customer service. I wanted to use the fuel rewards app, which Ive done at numerous shell gas stations with no issue. I pay through that app. Again I never encountered an issue until I came to this Shell gas station. I put my reward ID number and the screen told me to wait for cashier approval. I waited awhile and finally decided to go inside. The cashier had a nasty attitude and didnt make any sense. I asked politely what was going on and he was yelling at me. He told me they dont allow you to pay over the app and I need to use my card. I would never use my card at this location because months ago I payed inside using the chip reader and had my info stolen the bank told me this is a scam going around with fake card/chip readers being put on top of real card/chip readers. They need to train their cashiers on how to speak with customers and not bark like dogs at people. Its ridiculous! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
