First things first. Tony Brandt came out with the speed of the Flash on A SUNDAY none the less. Great social skills as well as perfect skill set. He identified the problem with my door in one glance. Speedy and effective work. Clean appearance and very friendly 5 out 5 star service. Mason properties you need to hire more workers like this.

SCAMMERS!!!! They took off comed early and are making my roommate and I pay the fees when we both didnt do it. They will charge you so much when you move out that your security deposit that you will get back will be 100. Not worth it! If I could I would give them a -1

Do not recommend renting with Mason properties. Their maintenance is slow and unresponsive, the management team isnt very helpful, and when its time to move out, they charge you for cleaning feels and painting when only general wear and tear applies. Lost half my security deposit to those fees even though I shouldnt have been charged them. I tried to reach out to them per their instructions and received no response even though I have pictures and video of how we left the apartment. When we moved in, it was still dirty and smelled like weed all the time. Had police entering and existing the complex all the time due to noise complains and other issues. Would not recommend even if its your only option. I would give 0 stars if I could.
