        Horrible place to live office personnel was very rude and unprofessional. No work orders done the last 3 years I lived there.

        Please do not move here. I would give no stars if I can. They tow your car for no reason. Try to charge you extra for rent . Always adding fees just to make any type of money. They left my sister and her baby in an apartment making her pay rent that didnt have heat and no water because they have heating and plumbing issues is a lot of the buildings and they still expected rent on time . I advise everybody to call the city of Dekalb to report this property so they can be shut down. Also, contact the health department because by law yoru not required to pay rent anywhere when your living conditions are inhumane due to the property managers lack of accountability
