        They accepted my mother from another facility knowing she had dementia. When the other facility arrived with my mom she refused entry because she wasnt really aware of what was going on, the manager rejected my mother then proceeded to have a complete attitude when my mom wanted to apologize and rejected her with out discharging her with orders and then proceeded to tell me they dont have the staff to deal with this kind of situation. I would not recommend this place at all it doesnt matter what new management these caring facilities get they all end up mistreating your loved ones and this place is always under new management because of the lawsuits they face because their staff is ignorant.

        DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. The place is absolutely FILTHY. I visited my friend today to find BLEEDING SORES on his arms that weren't dressed. There were bugs on his bed. His room, and the entire facility was disgusting and reaked of urine. I was banned for documenting, despite the laws being CLEAR that it is LEGAL to take photos and videos in the facility (even if you around other residents) for that purpose.
