    I work with seniors to assist them with applying for Medicaid. This senior needed copies of her bank statements for her application so she visited the Crystal Lake facility to obtain the copies. They refused to give them to her. She contacted the 800 number and ordered them, not once, but twice. I sat with her while she ordered them the 2nd time. The representative was sarcastic and condescending. The 2nd group of statements never arrived. Id like to say thank you to Baxter because this seniors Medicaid is going to be denied because she doesnt have the verifications. I will never recommend this financial institution to anyone. Your treatment of this senior is unacceptable and if she was my mother her account wouldve been closed from day one.

    Just like everyone else here that's had a bad experience with this company I'm finally done with the high af interest loan but the 5 yrs was nothing but a hassle the ppl that work in the store weren't bad but weren't good u kmo. But the phone was the worst like I would rather be punched than have to deal with them again! Just read the reviews and if u want to take a chance that's on u.

    About 7 months ago I was the victim of a large amount of check fraud agian the VICTIM. Despite still paying all the money back to BCU within a few days they still to this day are punishing me, the victim. One of the restrictions they put on me was to deny me the ability to deposit checks or cash at atms I was told by multiple supervisors that this is a general restriction that thier system cant differentiate between cash deposits and check deposits despite having to tell the ATM which one your depositing low and behold 7 months later all the sudden I can now deposit cash but not checks in ATMs so I was LIED to by multiple supervisors including on thier account protection team. I was also told that the restrictions would all end in 6 months if their was no more issues on my account again a lie, i still cant use the mobile banking or check deposits at ATMs. When I submit requests I don't even get an email or a call about my request within the time frame they specify it will take them to review my request I have to call them to follow up despite being told they would inform me when they reviewed my request. For refrence I have banked with them for over 10 years as soon as my credit card with them is paid off and ive used the accumulated rewards points im leaving this awful bank. If you never have any misfortunes hit you this bank does have some good benefits but God help you if your the victim of anything that effects their bottom line for even a day they will lie and treat you like trash. Update: It has been just under a week since I emailed them my contact information like they requested still have not heard anything back from them.
