Ive been using Jack Wagner from Gerber Glass for 13 years. He sent me to gerber collision in Crystal Lake and I couldnt be more pleased with the whole experience. My car looks brand new and Jessica was very friendly and knowledgeable. 10

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!! They had our vehicle 5 months!!!! We had it back for less than 24 hours and I cant believe it ever left their shop. The list of issues is endless when we call we get no answers on a game plan weve reached out to corporate and no response they said there is a new manager named Nick and he cant even give a timeframe as to when they can start to address the issues. This is our daily driver! My vehicle has to be torn back apart and who knows how long we will have to wait at this point. Upon taking the vehicle back we were told oh yea sorry the technician who worked on your vehicle no longer works here he was a hot shot know it all and you couldnt tell him a thing because he knows it all. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Jessica L my estimator was incredible! Kept informed, understood exactly what was asking for when insurance wasnt going to cover the cost of repair and really went above and beyond for me! She and a repair tech even stayed after hours to ensure everything was perfect. Tiffany always answered the phone quickly and was also a great help. I swear my car looks better than it did before it was in an accident! Please take your car here for any applicable needs and show this amazing team some love. Thank you!!!!

Nick and Josh were professional, compassionate, and valued me as a customer. They went above and beyond to attend to my needs and quickly fix my car. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass!!!
