        The customer service from my operator was LESS than satisfactory!! My hair is short and fine, I just needed a wash, a little conditioning, a trim (my hair is already short) and some color. She charged me $115!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! I should have asked what the cost would be, I didn't so I fault myself!! Her name is JANICE. AVOID HER!!!!

        I was brand new to hair extensions and all i can say is my experience with Ersolene was absolutely amazing! My hair extensions turned out to be so beautiful and i have such pretty long hair now! Ersolene was so kind and patient while doing my hair with the keratin bonded extensions. As long as im in Chicago, I will always have my hair done by Ersolene. I recommend her 100%

      I was sick and hospitalized for most of the year. My name is Ersolene not Janice. I only design and do custom wigs and toppers. I do not and have not cut color or style hair.
