        I placed an order from this site for an item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, September 17th and it never came. Ive emailed the company 4 times and I was told that my order will be cancelled and an investigation will be opened. I tracked this package in UPS and there has been no movement in 9 days. I feel that the package was never sent and though ive asked for my money back ($98.96) numerous times, I feel that this company is not trying to honor my request. This is very poor customer service. Ive purchased the item from a brick and mortar store and no longer need their item. I will never recommend this site to anyone!!
