I did get a beautiful dress from here, but my customer service experience was very unfortunate. I was over promised and when I expressed my concerns, I was ignored by the owner.

Lovely experience picking out my dress together with my soon-to-be wife, who found hers as well. Melissa presented me with an array of options and styles before I narrowed down my choices, and stuck with me through three separate appointments before I made my final choice! It was also very helpful to be able to try on accessories that they had in-store like my veil and jewelry. Can't wait to come back for my fitting and pet Summer (the store dog) again.

Had my wedding dress fitted here and I probably would not suggest that service to another bride. Had a handful of problems throughout all the appointments and felt like my seamstress didn't understand my vision. Kept having to have the dress taken in, taken out, taken in, etc. Then they cut it a few inches shorter than I wanted and was having to stretch my dress multiple times. The fear that caused stretching tulle and lace.
I ended up giving up finding the balance between fitted but not too tight and my wedding dress was tighter than I wanted and showed my little gut. Furthermore, day of my wedding, the layers of my dress were not sewn together like I asked and kept twisting. I kept having to take off my dress to fix the layers and put it back on. Very frustrating on your wedding day to try to hold layers together and walk.
Owner ended up stepping in and taking over my appointments and fixing a bunch of the things I was unhappy with but overall I was not happy with the experience at that price point. Everyone was super nice and calming throughout the fittings but I wish I would have demanded a different seamstress. I look back at my wedding photos and are unhappy with how my dress turned out.

Weddings 826 is amazing! My stylist, Kayla, was so patient, extremely knowledgeable, and asked great questions to help me find my dress! I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress. Every option I tried on was stunning and they made me feel so special

I had such a wonderful experience at Weddings 826. My stylist Kayla knew exactly when to chime in and her input was very much appreciated. She was patient and asked the right questions at the right time. Kayla was also great at hearing my feedback and pulling dresses from the back room. She was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses which can be uncommon in the industry. Although I didnt buy my dress there, I would highly recommend that anyone checks out Weddings 826! If you make an appointment, make sure to check out their social channels and send photos of dresses in advance of the appointment since they dont have a ton of dresses out on the floor.
