Hands down the worse contractor I have ever encountered. Roberts company motto is the exact opposite of how they operate zero integrity, zero honesty, zero excellence. Robert does not stand behind his work he is a liar who will never honor his warranty. This guy actually had his crew out doing concrete exterior work at my property on a 15 degree day who does that. An amateur can watch online videos pick up free lance workers off the street and can undoubtedly deliver a better project. This company has zero regards for your property. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Establishing Firm Foundations & Robert as a whole down right scum. If I could give negative stars I would. My concrete basement slab super unleveled laid no guidelines just eyeballed everything. I actually had to hire someone to grind the slab after and it will still require a self leveler to even out. Google cannot allow me to state the words I really feel. Tens of thousands of dollars I spent on my basement project with this company for what truly disappointed. His own employees stated he cuts corners left and right. Zero pride in his work hes just out for the money theres a special place for people like Robert. All said and done karma will catch up to him. I call for him to fix issues hes a ghost do not believe a word he says.

WARNING. Robert bounced a $2,315.00 check at my business. I called Robert, he said he would call me back in a hour to pay with a credit card. Robert never called back, and is not answering or returning my calls.

Hired to waterproof my entire basement and just did a very poor job. Robert just left the house even more damaged and ugly looking from the outside with broken concrete. He goes and says ok we are going to do something without even knowing what the problem is. Tried to contact again for over a month just kept looking for excuses not to come to the house to take a look. Basement floods with little rain. Did a very unprofessional job. Robert is just very unresponsive not wanting to admit the job he did failed. So much but I would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!

I recently had an experience with Establishing Firm Foundations Waterproofing, led by Robert Garcia, that I feel needs to be shared openly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. The installation of the drain tile was not deep enough, which led to water reaching up to the floor level. Water is coming up on the floor. When I discussed this with Robert, his response did not address the problem effectively. 2. There was a disconnection in the drainage system involving the floor drain and the sump pump pit. Despite initially denying the existence of a problem, Robert agreed to a resolution only after being presented with evidence. But he did not want to fix it 3. Robert promised a lifetime warranty for the work done, but this warranty was never provided to us, which is a significant concern. In summary, the level of professionalism and quality of work I encountered with Establishing Firm Foundations Waterproofing was significantly below my expectations. Based on my extensive experience in dealing with various waterproofing companies over the last 17 years, I must say that this has been one of my worst experiences. Given this, I strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative options when seeking waterproofing services
