Midwest restoration are the best people I ever met ,in Chicago area,they are very professional and very reasonable,they restored my condo from water damage ,in Chicago from start to Finnish in a timely manner,and it looks very beautiful now ,they fixed my wood floor,all new cabinets in kitchen and carpet in bed room ,with complete paint,best part of it that I did not have to call them every time and check on them, I am very much thankful to Mr Bob Maroney Operation Manager he has more than a decade of experience,very professional gentleman ,If I have to use them in future for my other units, I will never look anybody else. Do not use this company. I waited 5 months for them to finish restoring my bathroom after water damage. They seemed to think that since I rented and didnt live there that they could take as much time as they wanted. Then when I finally arrived from out of state to see their work, I was astounded. They replaced my glass shower doors with the cheapest acrylic doors that dont even slide right in the runners. They also put the faucets on backward and damaged the mirror. Bob Maroney was told about these problems and said he would take a look. I havent heard from him in 5 weeks. Apparently Im screwed over by these guys. Dont use them. 10/2023 update: In response to my posting, these people said theyd come out to correct these issues, but then.nothing. No show. No word from them at all. So unprofessional. My family required Midway Restoration services due to substantial water damage to our home. Bob and his team were prompt in their response which was absolutely necessary given the extent of the water leak in order to alleviate the extent of the damage. The team were always responsive to our needs, excellent in their knowledge and service delivery, and readily available to address any questions that we had during a very stressful time. Overall, we were quite pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness of the team working on our home at a very critical time. We needed Midway Restoration services after water damage that affected two bathrooms in our condo. They were responsive and came over to assess the scope in a timely manner, and once we scheduled the date for the services everything went so smoothly. The crew got all the drywall removed and patched in one day, came back the next day to paint. We were extremely satisfied with the results, you cant tell at all any work was done on the ceiling. Price was also very reasonable. The crew was very organized and friendly, l appreciate how careful they were with keeping everything clean during and after the service.
