I had an appointment confirmed at 3:40 pm on Friday. I had booked the appointment 2 weeks earlier. I received numerous texts reminding me about the appointment. 2 days before the appointment one of these texts asked me to confirm the appointment. I did so. I got another reminder the next day. And another one at 9:12 am the day of the appointment. Then, about 10 mins before my scheduled appointment time, I received a call and voicemail from them saying it looks like you had an appointment today and were unable to make it and asking me to call back to reschedule. I am not calling back and scheduled an appointment elsewhere and will hope they understand the linear progression of time better.

Had a great experience getting a prescription and buying glasses and contacts at this new location. Easily made a same day appointment online. Location is very convenient with ample spaces in the parking lot shared by Jewel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Good selection of reasonably priced glasses and affordable contacts. Got a year of disposable contacts and a pair of glasses for less than what I paid for just glasses at their competitors in the neighborhood. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Had a wonderful experience, staff was friendly, helpful,kind and really fun to talk to. This was my first time and I loved it. Staff is wonderful. Thanks to Miss Anita, Miss Octavia, Miss Dyanne and a big shout out to Mr. Jordan.
