The greatest experience I have ever had getting glasses. I have very specific issues with my eyes, and I must wear prescription sunglasses at all times. This facility is literally the most fashionable, with phenomenal quality and service, compared to any other glasses co. on the market. you'll never find many of the brands anywhere else. The experience itself is amazing! Shout out to Josh and Daisy! Amazing team! Their ability to cater to your needs, is part of what makes them amazing! They also have brands that no one else out there has (Dita, Matsuda etc.). It is the only store that carries high-end Japanese companies, which are not related to Mass manufacturing, in the Chicagoland area. There is only a few in the entire country as it is. It was an honor to sit with Josh from start to completion (about 1 month). He has made and created specific sunglasses for so many people, and remains SUPER HUMBLE, even though he's the best out there. If you're looking for something unique, want the best quality out there, without having some brand name flashing in other people's faces, this is the place to go! If you want/need care to detail, catering to your every need, having specific things done to ensure that you have everything you need and want, then this is the place to go! This was my first time there, and I can guarantee that they now have me as a customer for life! I feel like I built a lifetime professional relationship with this company, after my very first visit. They took out at least 3 hours with one-on-one care, just to ensure that they cater to my every need! The final product is impeccable! I have tremendous gratitude, to the one above, for directing me to Josh, and his team. I have wanted glasses like the ones I received, for a long time. I insured to continue putting aside money just to make this possible. I do have to also thank a close friend , surely doesn't want his name here, for his part in this. A tremendous gift! My first exposure to IC! Berlin glasses was during my travel to Europe and I immediately loved the design and style. Searching on Google for these glasses took me to the luxury eyesite website. I am glad it did! I was impressed by the variety of the glasses and how easy to navigate on their website. I have ordered my glasses and they were delivered in few days, nicely packaged, with attention to details. The frame was impeccable. Due to uniqueness of the frame, no one in my area could install the lenses and I had to send them back to install the lenses. The entire process was great and Daisy was absolutely on top of things updating me on the progress. My emails and questions were addressed immediately in a such friendly manner. Now, my new glasses are perfect! I wish all customer services are as good as here! I am definitely a returning customer!
