        Tried to get a document notarized, the store was empty and the worker was just staring at her phone. When I asked about getting my letter notarized she told me she was going on break and could notarize the letter in an hour. Poor customer service.

        Made the trip in today only for them to be closed when they were suppose to be open. No signage or anything explaining why. This was at 4:45 pm on 1/20/24. UPS website and Google both say store hours should be until 5pm.

        Ive been coming here for returning my stuff if the store offers UPS option ever since I moved to Chicago! And Ive never experienced any bad experiences, every time when I come here the staff are always showing kindness and being so nice and polite to me!! They are always being helpful which Im surprised cuz I heard from my friend that she had bad experience in other store. Ill definitely come back here, the staff in this UPS deserve 5 stars review
