I was there with many of return items. Andrej, this hardworking and respectful young man, took care of my stuff patiently. I can imagine how it can be frustrated taking care of many many heavy boxes, or dirty messy packages during the day and top of that they have to be efficient because there are always long lines there... The company of UPS should keep employees like Andrej and reward them. Thank you =) *Hope I spelled his name correctly

I love to go to this store! Always such an attentive staff. Today Andrzej was who took care of my returns. It was so nice the way he treated me. Not only the knowledge to handle my returns but with respect and education :)

I recently came in to ship multiple packages and I had the pleasure of working with Andrzej. I must say his customer service skills are exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the shipments and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Not only is he quick, but he is also very patient and understanding when I had concerns. It's not every day that you come across such great customer service and I truly appreciate the effort he put in to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you for the outstanding service!
