Love this location. Nicole was super nice and helpful. I forget my flash drive, but she helped me print it straight from my email with no problem at all.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HOLD PACKAGES !!!! BE AWARE THEY WILL TURN YOUR PACKAGE BACK TO THE SENDER. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This FedEx is in the McCormick Place conference center. Because of this, you'd think it would be large and fast. It is neither. They have half of the goods and services as a full fledged FedEx and the staff are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow it kills me. I waited 45 minutes for three people in front of me to be helped...ugh!

Eric & Brandyn were SO helpful! Our company was recently in town for an event and needed last minute help. I was unsure about what we needed to fix our issue and Eric went above and beyond in helping resolve our problem. For the rest of our time there, our company was able to be represented appropriately and professionally thanks to them!
