Friendly and helpful. Family was in the middle of selling our house and CubeSmart gave us an affordable way to begin the transition and allow for showings that featured our house and not our stuff.

PROS: In general, the 4100 W. Diversey location is clean and well managed, carts are in good order and available, loading dock is easy to access, and elevators run well. But -- when I can get a hold of him -- Alex the manager makes this place a step above. He is always personally very professional, friendly and helpful, making us feel like we are dealing with a real person! He even courteously extended our check-out date when we misplaced our key.
CONS: Our rugs, stored for almost 4 years, were infested with some kind of carpet beetle. The racket they run with constantly jacking up your rate is near highway robbery, but all storage unit companies do that. And, unfortunately, the office doesn't seem to keep regular hours and on several occasions no one was there.
