The facility is clean and well maintained. It is well lit and I feel safe going to my storage unit at any time during the hours of availability. Tiffany and Edward in the office are absolutely wonderful! They know the job well, are courteous and professional. The only thing I would say was a disappointment is that due to the location being in a building with other businesses, many time the carts provided to assist Cubesmart customers with moving were unavailable after Cubesmart office hours.

Tiffany is the best! The facility is clean as are the bathrooms. Two elevators. Access to loading and unloading can be a bit challenging at times but overall ok.

Tiffany was beyond great, she was really nice and supportive made this stressful process easier. I would recommend this place to anybody. Any issues I had or help I needed, Cubesmart handled with great empathy. Best storage company I have ever encountered.

I am incredibly satisfied with my experience with CubeSmart Self Storage. I am particularly thankful to Miss Tiffany who assisted me throughout the beginning of the process. Miss Tiffany was truly a superstar and was communicative, helpful, kind, and warm! She made a difficult and stressful time for me so much easier and I am incredibly grateful for her. If you are thinking on choosing CubeSmart please look out for Miss Tiffany, she will take good care of you!
