        Worst customer service ever. They will steal your stuff if their autopay system fails to process your payment. They will make minimal effort to contact you. Then proceed to rob your locker blind after just one missed payment. 1 email and 1 phone call is all they attempted before emptying the contents of our locker. My locker was on autopay on an account that always has money in it. No other bills failed to pay that month but U store it claims my auto pay failed. I would ve very careful dealing with this place. I for one will never stop telling everyone I know never to use this place. We were customers for 6 years when this occurred never "missed" a payment before that.
