Archer Heights Rehabilitation

Just walked in to visit my mother! It's stinks so bad in here. It smells like urine throughout the building. The front dest receptionist is rude and the vibe is miserable here. Whats with the food? And the urine on the floor? Would not recommend!

The elevators do not work. This facility has residents in wheelchairs who need the elevators. There are 2 elevators. One has be out of service for over a month. The second elevator is dangerous. If you are on the elevator, you have to physically hold the door shut. The Board of Health and inspections for the elevators are needed!! ETA: Here again a month later and the elevator is still not working, short staffed to the point residents have not received their daily medications (no RN on duty), food is served on foam plates and cardboard trays. This facility is horrible and has only gotten worse over the years.

This place need to shut down its not a good places its nasty one elevator for all these residents the staff sits around and dont do nothing you talk to them they look at you like you talking to the wall shut it down

I've had the nurses help me in my dark times, I'd like to thank them for helping me through my progress and love they shown me... I'm currently residing here and it's a process but they will do what needs to be done to meet your needs... You can do it!!! Much love... Shout out to the Nurses...
