We sold a two-flat that had been owned for 30 years. The process was stressful and emotional because of issues with the aging building and our own attachment to the home. Connie helped us navigate all of it. She proved to be a tremendous resource. She was patient but also guided the process so that it didnt stall out. And she did it without being pushy or disrespectful, a tricky balance to maintain. She took the time to listen to our concerns, questions, or ideas. She was incredibly attentive and responsive without smothering or harassing, another fine line to walk. Being present just the right amount is no small feat but she made it look easy! Connie had many insights, as well as referrals. She made sure we understood each step and what we would need to do. Her expertise really did shine through. She was transparent, you felt like she was being straightforward, be it good, bad, or ugly. I mention that because I didnt completely expect it. I was initially put off by what felt like a hard sell at our first meeting. I walked away feeling liked Id just left a used car lot. In fairness, that might have been because she knew we were also considering another realtor. Whatever the case, we have no regrets. Were very happy with all the work Connie did on our behalf. I highly recommend her. We cant thank her enough!

I had a great experience working with Connie and her team. She was able to sell my condo quickly and at a much higher price than I had expected. She was great at explaining things and always easy to reach, and made what is often a very stressful process seem easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling a home, especially in Rogers Park and the surrounding areas.
