Tiffany did an incredible job of showing me many different apartments. I was relocating from out of state and she helped me learn a lot about Chicago and gave me tips and tricks to navigate different neighborhoods. Overall she was incredibly kind and sincere and made the process less stressful. I hope to work with her again when looking for my next home and will recommend her to my friends!

One of their agent named John Ruskdashiel is a racist,we lost two of our favourite homes just becoz of that rascal.

Do not use this place if youre in the market for a rental property. Agents are unprofessional and unresponsive. To make matters worse their call line is completely unhelpful and reliable. They will just transfer you to an agent who will not be there or never call back. They also have a tendency to not take your search seriously if you have a budget less than 1500. I would highly suggest using another company other than this place to find a rental. By the time someone responds to your request to see a unit it would have already been rented. This is just my experience but it was so bad it drove me to write a review. I wouldn't want anyone else to have an experience like mine with this place.
