I chose to work with Axel and his team because he came to our first meeting prepared with hard copies of his comparable analysis and he is a very professional and respectful agent. He knows the market very well, so well we were able to get an offer on the number (higher than I expected) before officially listing the property. We sold the property as-is with contents and the buyer had a construction loan contingency (always hard). Axel was able to work through every issue, his frequent communication gave me a calmness in a stressful situation. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend his agency, would definitely use again to sell a property.
