Great people to work with! Purchased 2 homes through Property Consultants and will go through them when I sell as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful and provided guidance throughout the process before and after.

DO NOT RENT FROM BRANDON MOULTON!!! Living in this apartment was the worst experience. The landlord/property owner, Brandon, would come into our apartment unannounced anytime of the day and night. He gave our keys to all construction workers, maintenance workers, and cleaning crew on site. Never gave us notice when someone was entering our apartment unit. On multiple occasions there would be people in the apartment when I was sleeping, changing, or showering. I would come home from work and find Brandon would be in my room, sitting on my bed, or just in our apartment unannounced. I asked him to please give us notice when anyone is entering the apartment and he lashed put at us and did not agree that it was an issue. Not only would he come in our apartment unit without notice, he wouldnt even knock!! He would just walk in like he lived there. I felt extremely unsafe in the apartment. Aside from the horrible landlord, there were mice, the outside doors did not lock, and the building was a mess. Do not live here. Do not rent from any of Brandons properties!

Property Consultants is the worst mistake Ive ever made in my entire life. Its not even that they fail to respond to issues within a timely manner, they fail to respond to issues entirely. Our apartment flooded, they failed to fix the issue. Our apartment was full of mold, they failed to take care of the issue. There were several cracks in the drywall, the windows, and the exposed brick. Mold grew on the cracks in the floor, directly on the drywall, under the couch, on my laundry hamper, and there was another unidentified oily substance that frequently showed up on the floors. Sophie consistently ignores emails, we never even met the owner though, and they consistently sent contractors into the apartment without even 24 hours notice. The lease states they must give 48 hours notice. Worst. Mistake. Ever.
