Anthony and his team (Pauline specifically) are experts at what they do. As a first time home buyer, I felt like they had my best interest and held my hand from start to finish. On closing day, not only did Anthony breakdown each clause in each document to make sure I understood what I was signing, he also uncovered an error with the taxes which helped me get additional closing costs credit from the seller. Even the seller's attorney was impressed with his excellent customer service! I would definitely use him again, and recommend him to my friends and family!

As a Real Estate Broker, I know and worked with many Real Estate Attorneys. Many of them are just fine, good and great, but when it comes to Anthony Panzica, only words like "exceptional," "extra ordinary," and "truly carrying" come to mind when trying to describe the type of service he provides to the client. I cant recommend Anthony and his team highly enough for all of your real estate needs. We put an offer on a beautiful home, but unfortunately a few issues were found during the inspection. Anthony, along with his colleague Pauline, were quick to address and resolve all our issues with the sellers. Throughout the entire process they were our biggest advocates, constantly keeping us in the loop of what was going on. When purchasing a home, you need a team that is willing to go to battle on your behalf to ensure youre getting the best deal possible, that team is Pauline and Anthony. Anthony does a great job of explaining the insurmountable paperwork at closing. Purchasing a home can be an exhausting process, but Anthony and his team made it a smooth transaction from start to finish. We are now proud homeowners.
