I cannot express enough the value of this business. I am new to Chicago and was looking to purchase my very first condo. After several months of searching for the perfect place, I became convinced that there was something wrong. When my offer on a particular property was not accepted I was done! I began searching for more answers to my questions about the home buying process, and that is what I received. After reaching Forward Realty by phone, I found myself on the line with a woman that cares so much about her community and the care of her clients. My fears that I would never own property in Chicago were quieted. I was so unaware of all the aspects that make up the transfer of property in Illinois. Coming from another market that I was already so familiar with gave me the wrong expectations, but Forward Realty helped me become better informed and ready to tackle this endeavor.
