Our list of must-haves was short yet specific, and at our first meeting Annie and Melissa referenced a two-block stretch in our desired neighborhood they thought would be a great fit for us. And many months later, their recommendation was spot-on its exactly where we landed. Their counsel made a complex search seamless, their patience helped us stick it out for the right home and their candor provided the right attitude (and some fun) throughout the process. We love Annie and Melissa!

LivingRoom Realty helped my partner and I find and buy a house that we're making our forever home. We worked with Susannah and she was very professional & efficient with finding houses that met our criteria, and practical with our viewings by providing useful assessments of the houses we viewed. She was also very quick to respond to our emails & calls, and coordinated with the sellers' realtors and our attorney making the process very smooth for us. Susannah was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us figure out all of the steps for buying our first house, making a stressful process much easier to handle. Highly recommended.

The best there is. Having Melissa and LivingRoom guide us through the purchase of our first homewhile answering our many, many (many) questions along the waynot only calmed our nerves but made us feel like we were their most important client. It's a big life event! They get that. I'd buy several more homes so I could bring LivingRoom along for the ride. Just have to find the money first. Melissa English for President.

My husband and I worked with Susannah at LivingRoom to purchase our first home and could not be happier with our experience. Nearly every step of the way was new territory for us and Susannah was a great guide. Everyone she recommended we work with along the way was also wonderful, and we felt really supported during a process which can be overwhelming at times. Susannah is practical, kind, and has great taste (but will get to know your taste too!). Hoping not to have to buy a house again any time soon, but if we do, we'll go back to LivingRoom.

My partner and I had a great experience with Melissa from Living Room. Melissa was equal parts knowledgeable and understanding. She was extremely genuine and really listened as we talked about our hopes for the process. In addition to listening and answering our questions, Melissa was able to help us refine our expectations and narrow our search to find the right home for us. Melissa was always available for us, answering questions and showing up on weekends and evenings. Finally, she referred us to several very good professionals, including Ben at Molitor Financial.
