Very unprofessional interview process they have there. I was schedule to come and have a sit down with them and 30 mins before my interview they said she canceled because of strep throat. Then refused to work around my schedule to reset the interview. I already called off that day to see them, and couldn’t call off another. Lady said she as going to call me to reschedule and never did.

Tailor Made's property in Hyde Park, DARE building is very unprofessional. Management is a mess. Most of the tentants there cause lots of problems. There's been several service coordinator workers, several maintenance workers, and several managers for the building. They get fired or they quit. There are tentants that should not be living in that building. Some need assist living homes. Some needs to be evicted because of the problems they cause other tentants. Some are occupying an two bedroom apartment when they really need a one bedroom. And I was told that some have people living in their home that are not on their lease. The manager at the DARE building is not doing their job right. The manager should not have tentants in the office for a long time. Our personal files are in that office. She sit with them and chat. She goes into their apartments and she shops for some of the tentants. Are our personal information safe with her in that office? How is our files confidential? The manager fires any worker that communicates with the tentants. I think the manager should not be communicating with the tentants as often as she does. The manager their needs to be replace with someone that will really do the job right. DARE building needs an real inspection.
