Cheated me out my security deposit and lie through their teeth! Never ever trust these people! They are uneducated, unprofessional and unattractive! This is a fraudulent company. She forged my signature also! Where is my security deposit? You have to stop taking advantage of people because it will soon catch up with you!

Upon speaking with Deanna Hodges-Walker , I realized that she my families best interest in mind. She went over the steps to prepare our home for sale. She then garunteed us that she would seek out the best deal possible for our home. Mrs. Hodges-Walker was quick and professional in answer any of our questions. We could not be happier withe the results of her hard work. I would recommend her and her team to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

Deanna and her team are outstanding. As an out-of-state landlord on the East Coast, I feel 100% confident in their ability to manage my properties. Her team is responsive, efficient, ethical and cares about her client's bottom line. Not only do they have expertise in Chicago property management including Section 8 tenants, but also they have impressive all-around realty services.
