I honestly wish I could rate this poor pathetic excuse of a establishment negative 100 stars because when I tell you I've never seen and dealt with so many low life and incompetent/senile black folks that claim to serve the community in all the days of life. NOT ONLY DO YALL HAVE SOME FAT RUDE BLACK MAN AS A DRIVER BUT HAS THE NERVE TO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES PROPERLY AND NOW FOR THE THIRD DAY IN A ROW HAS REFUSED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCTS!! SECONDLY WHEN YOU GOT TO CALL UP TO THIS PISS POOR OFFICE NOBODY WANTS TO ANSWER AND IF YOU'RE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR A NON-COMPREHENDABLE LOW BUDGET BONQUIESHA OR RAY RAY WITH A STANK ATTITUDE OVER A JOB THEYYY CHOOSE TO ANSWER!! NEVER IN MY 22 YEARS OF LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED A USPS THIS PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND OVERALL LACK OF CARE. MY ADVICE THIS PLACES AINT EVEN WORTH GETTING STAMPS FROM HELL ALL THESE USPS'S IN THIS AREA ARE GHETTO TRASH. YOULL HAVE BETTER LUCK JUST GOING TO THE STORE OR ORDER THRU UPS.

This is by far one of the worse post office locations in the city. The staff is very unattentive. Today there was noone at the counter for 5 minutes. Customers were just standing inline waiting on someone to come from the back to service us. Finally a lady came from the back but then announced that you must have correct change if using cash. They were out of stamped envelopes and single stamps. How is a POST OFFICE out of the main things that make them a post office. I will NEVER return to this location to do business and I recommend anyone reading find a different location as well.

The manager & staff are unprofessional & rude. If they worked in a different neighborhood, they would have been fired or reprimanded harshly. Kim basically told me they won't get my package & if they don't, they won't even add that it was lost so I could get my refund. Her rude manager says wait 2 or 3 weeks for it & they won't do anything else. I just have to wait!! Terrible at their jobs!!!
